TERMS OF SERVICES

Welcome to Kingdom Sleep LLC (“Kingdom Sleep,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website (kingdomsleepmedical.com) or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services

Kingdom Sleep provides cash-pay home sleep apnea testing services using FDA-cleared devices. All services are provided on a cash-pay basis and are not billed to insurance.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Our home sleep tests are screening tools interpreted by a board-certified sleep physician. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results should be reviewed with your healthcare provider. Kingdom Sleep does not provide medical treatment or CPAP therapy.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued after the test kit has been shipped.

• If the device is not returned within 14 days of receipt, you may be charged a replacement fee of $300.

4. Device Return

You agree to return the testing device using the prepaid shipping label within 48 hours of completing the test. Failure to return the device may result in additional charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Sleep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Vermont.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
